PHModern Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and PHModern. The agreement takes effect the moment you complete the registration process on the PHModern platform, whether on a desktop browser, mobile browser or any compatible app environment.

By completing registration you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming policy and any product-specific rules published on PHModern. Promotional terms published with individual offers form part of this agreement when you opt in to those offers.

If you are accessing PHModern on behalf of another person, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, though PHModern notes that account sharing is separately addressed in Section 3.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any PHModern service. PHModern takes underage access seriously. If we have reason to believe that an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all pending transactions paused pending an age verification review.

Jurisdiction

PHModern is made available to players in eligible markets. It is your personal responsibility to confirm that online betting and casino activity is lawful under the laws applicable to your location before opening or using a PHModern account. PHModern does not accept liability for players who access the platform from jurisdictions where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

Mental Capacity

You confirm that you are acting voluntarily and have the full mental capacity to enter into this agreement, place wagers and take financial responsibility for your PHModern account activity.

One Account Rule

PHModern permits one account per person, household address, IP address, device and payment method. Operating multiple PHModern accounts — whether registered under the same name, a variation of a name, or different names — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. All accounts involved may be closed, and balances may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during PHModern registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid mobile number and a personal email address. If any information changes, you must update your account promptly. PHModern may periodically request updated documents to confirm ongoing accuracy.

Account Security

Your PHModern login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your username, password or one-time PIN with any other person. PHModern will never ask for your full password by email, phone or chat. Notify PHModern support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

PHModern may ask you to complete identity verification at any time, including before your first withdrawal. Documents typically include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where applicable, evidence of payment method ownership. Verification protects your account and is a regulatory requirement. Verification requests are not punitive.

PHModern accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa and Mastercard. Availability of each method may depend on your account verification status and current operational conditions. All deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP ₱).

Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit thresholds vary by payment method and may be updated without prior notice. The applicable minimum is displayed in the PHModern deposit panel at the time of the transaction.

Source of Funds

By depositing to PHModern you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate personal source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment account used. Third-party deposits are not permitted. PHModern may request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

Deposit Processing

Most PHModern deposits are credited automatically and quickly, but processing time can vary by method and provider. PHModern is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, your bank, GCash, Maya or any other intermediary network.

PHModern members may request withdrawals of available cleared funds to a verified personal payment account. Withdrawals must be made to an account held in your name. Requests to third-party accounts will be declined.

Verification Before Withdrawal

PHModern may require full identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a defined threshold. This is a protective measure and is standard practice across regulated online betting platforms.

Processing Times

PHModern aims to review withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing time depends on the payment method selected, verification requirements, and the processing timeline of the relevant financial institution. Priority review may be available to eligible VIP Club members.

Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. PHModern does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals, but the receiving bank, GCash or e-wallet may apply its own charges. Check your payment method's terms before requesting a withdrawal.

Bonus Funds and Turnover

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Active bonus balance cannot be removed from the account without forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

PHModern may offer welcome bonuses, deposit matches, cashback, free bets, free spins or other promotional credits from time to time. Every PHModern promotion has its own set of terms and those terms govern over these General Terms where they conflict.

Standard Bonus Conditions

• Turnover requirement: Each bonus specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit) must be wagered through eligible games before any portion can be withdrawn.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: PHModern may set a single-wager or single-spin limit while a bonus is live. Exceeding this limit can result in bonus cancellation.
• Eligible games: Different games contribute at different rates toward a wagering requirement. Check the promotion detail screen before choosing your game.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire after a set number of days. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One per player: Unless stated otherwise, each PHModern promotion is available once per verified player.

Bonus Abuse

PHModern reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void related winnings if it determines that a promotion was claimed through irregular play patterns, the use of multiple accounts, or any activity designed to exploit the promotional terms rather than engage with the games in good faith.

Bets placed on PHModern are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to the relevant market, event and bet type. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand the applicable rules.

Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

PHModern reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any wager at its discretion, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation. Cancelled bets will be refunded to the account balance without deduction.

Live Betting

Live in-play markets on PHModern are suspended during goals, stoppages, and other defined events. Bets accepted before a qualifying event are settled based on the result from that moment onward. Network delays or data feed latency do not entitle a player to special consideration.

Error Resolution

If a bet is settled incorrectly due to a data error, PHModern reserves the right to re-settle the event using the verified official result. This applies whether the correction is in favor of or against the member.

PHModern casino games, including jackpot slots, baccarat, poker and other table games, are operated using certified random number generator systems or live dealer streaming. Game results are independent of PHModern account activity and cannot be influenced by platform settings or promotional status.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a round, PHModern reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. Winnings from a verifiably malfunctioned round are not paid.

Return to Player

Published return-to-player percentages for PHModern slots and casino games are theoretical long-run averages. They do not represent the expected outcome for any individual session or for your personal PHModern account activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PHModern. Engaging in any of these activities is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension, closure and potential forfeiture of balances.

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using false, stolen or another person's identity during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes by any means, including collusion, software automation, or match-fixing participation.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for profit.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing PHModern staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the PHModern platform from a location where online betting is prohibited under local law without restriction.
• Reselling, transferring or otherwise commercialising PHModern account credits, bonuses or winnings without prior written consent.

PHModern may suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including without prior notice when there is credible evidence of Terms and Conditions breach, security risk, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirement.

Voluntary Closure

You may close your PHModern account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, pending bets will be settled normally and verified available balances will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.

Account Dormancy

A PHModern account that has had no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. PHModern will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration. Applicable fees and rules are published in the account policy section.

PHModern considers responsible gaming a core operational commitment rather than a regulatory formality. Every PHModern account has access to the following tools regardless of membership tier or promotional eligibility.

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your PHModern account.
• Session time limits — Restrict the length of individual sessions to prevent unplanned extended play.
• Cooling-off periods — Take a short break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which account access is suspended.
• Self-exclusion — Remove yourself from PHModern for a minimum of six months. During exclusion, accounts cannot be reopened at your request before the minimum period ends.

PHModern's responsible gaming page provides further guidance and links to support organisations available to players in the Philippines. If gambling is causing financial or personal distress, stop immediately and use the exclusion tools or contact support.

PHModern collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering with PHModern, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

PHModern will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.

All content on the PHModern platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface elements, logos, software, game assets and data compilations, is the property of PHModern or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute or commercialise any PHModern content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform for its intended betting and gaming purpose is permitted under these Terms.

PHModern provides the platform on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHModern excludes liability for losses arising from platform unavailability, data transmission errors, delays beyond PHModern's reasonable control, or decisions made by the player during betting or gaming activity.

PHModern does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency security updates and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. PHModern will aim to publish advance notice of planned maintenance where this is practically possible.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by PHModern's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

PHModern may amend these Terms and Conditions when required to reflect regulatory changes, product updates, new payment methods, responsible gaming improvements or other operational requirements. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file, in-account notification, or a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of PHModern after the published effective date of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept revised terms, you should close your account and withdraw any available balance before the new terms take effect.
